Multimedia Systems Conference

Registration is required for attendance of the conference with all of the workshops, special session and exhibits. One full registration is required for every paper that is presented at the conference, with a significantly lower fee for additional papers and exhibits. No-shows will not be published in any digital libraries.

Registration fees are listed below. Early registration will end in January 2013. All cancellations requests received before February 1st will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made on or after February 1st.

We will use RegOnline for registration.

Fees

A single fee covers MMSys, NOSSDAV and MoVid. These events are co-located for the first time because many members of the multimedia systems community have limited time and money and have been forced to choose among these events. Co-hosting is meant to solve this problem; it explains also why we will not offer reduced fees for attending only a subset of the events.

The following fees are preliminary based on our current estimates. Minor changes may still be possible/necessary until the end of November.

At MMSys 2013, we are able to provide a steep discount for additional papers or exhibits that are presented by a registered attendee. For every publication or exhibit beyond the first one that is presented by the same participant, we require a fee of only $50. This discount applies only if the registered presenter is a co-author of the first and the additional papers/exhibits.
