The 23rd ACM SIGMM Workshop on Network and Operating Systems Support for Digital Audio and Video (NOSSDAV 2013) will be held at the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo (Oslo, Norway) on February 26-27 2013. For the 2013 workshop, ACM SIGMM determined that NOSSDAV should be co-located with MMsys 2013. Note that this means that the paper submission deadline is about three months earlier compared to earlier years.
