Wireless Network Access
Wireless network access will be provided at the conference site throughout
the duration of the conference. To access the wireless network, the
participant must have a computer notebook with built-in wireless network
card or a PCMCIA wireless network card (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g compliant).
Instructions on how to access the wireless network will be given during
registration.
Registration
To avoid disappointment, advance registrations are encouraged. On site registration will be available at the conference site (Lecture Theatre 34) on 20 July 2005.

Cancellation
Before 15 May 2005 - Full Refund. There will be no refund after this date.
Hotel Accommodation
Hilton Hotel is the conference hotel. We have secured a limited number of rooms at the discounted rates of S$175.00+++ (Single/Twin) for CIVR 2005 participants. Participants are advised to book by 15 June 2005.
Transportation
Complimentary two-way transfer for participants staying at the conference hotel to the conference site in NUS will be provided. Kindly check the schedule at the hotel and conference venue lobbies. Transport from the airport to the hotel will be the responsibility of individual participants. Efficient taxi service is available from the airport to the hotel at an approximate fee of S$20.
Conference Banquet
The conference banquet will be held on Thursday, 21 July 2005 at 6.30pm at the “Night Safari”. Guests of conference participants are invited to attend the dinner at the cost of S$60 per guest. Please indicate on the registration form the number of additional tickets required.
Tours
Tours to local places of interests can be booked through the conference hotel.
